1. What erga.cy is

erga.cy is a free directory that helps people in Cyprus discover local service providers and request their contact details. It is currently a non-commercial, early-stage community project.

2. We are an index, not a party to the service

We do not provide the listed services ourselves, do not employ providers, and are not a party to any agreement between a client and a provider. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, qualifications, pricing or conduct of any provider. Always use your own judgement and verify details directly.

3. Listings & aggregated data

Many listings are compiled from publicly available sources to make the directory useful. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee it. If a listing is yours, you may claim it or request its removal — see the Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, resell, or bulk-harvest the directory.
• Don't post unlawful, misleading, or abusive content, or impersonate others.
• Don't use contact details for spam or any unlawful purpose.

5. Pricing

Core functionality (browsing and requesting contacts) is free. Optional paid features may be introduced in the future; any such features and their terms will be clearly indicated before purchase.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the directory or from dealings with providers found through it.
