Our parents have lived in Cyprus for 15 years, now in their late seventies they live independently in their own home near Limassol. We are seeking an experienced and reliable part time caregiver to support them as they now need some extra support as our dad is living with Vascular Dementia. Additional description: This is a long-term position for someone who is patient, emotionally intelligent, and confident in caring for elderly individuals with neurological conditions. Responsibilities: - Companionship, reassurance, and emotional support - Assisting with routines and maintaining a calm, structured environment - Light household duties (there is already a weekly cleaner) - With time having the confidence to provide 1-1 support for our dad enabling our mum to have some time out of the house for 2-3 hours per week when needed (to do shopping etc.) Requirements: - Previous experience with dementia is a strong plus - Fluent or good English (Greek is a bonus to communicate with other services) - Calm, patient, and respectful character - Driver - Non Smoker - Full references required We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience), Stable, respectful family environment, Long-term employment
